Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains how Limestone Digital Properties handles information through Texas Mineral Calculator at texasmineralcalculator.com. For information about the website’s owner and operator, see our Disclaimer.
1. Mineral-rights inquiries
The homepage inquiry form asks for your name and email address, with an optional phone number. When you submit an inquiry, the form sends those details, your selected county, net mineral acres, and lease status to Make, the automation service used to process the submission. It also sends technical submission information, including a unique request identifier and an indicator used to distinguish test submissions.
The information tool also asks about royalty rate, monthly royalty income, and purchase offers. Those answers are not included in the current inquiry submission sent to Make. Automated valuations are paused: the tool summarizes information rather than calculating a price or applying county-specific pricing.
The inquiry form is for recording and reviewing an inquiry. Submitting it does not provide an appraisal, purchase offer, or guaranteed response. It is separate from the checklist email-subscription form described below. This policy does not grant blanket permission for unnamed third parties to send marketing calls or text messages.
2. Checklist subscriptions
The Offer Letter Red Flags checklist page uses a Hostinger Reach subscription form. It collects your email address and, if you provide it, your name. The form is connected to Hostinger Reach to collect subscribers for possible future Texas mineral-rights email content. Subscribing does not promise that a campaign, welcome message, or automated guide will be sent.
Checklist access on the website and email-subscription processing are separate actions. Seeing the checklist does not confirm that a subscription has been successfully recorded or that an email has been delivered. This policy does not promise a particular email sequence or delivery time.
You may request removal from the mailing list by contacting us using the email address below. If an email provides an unsubscribe link, you may also use that link.
3. Comments
Some articles allow WordPress comments. The comment form collects the comment, your name and email address, and an optional website address. A published comment can display your comment, name, and website link. Your email address is not displayed with the comment.
If you select the option to save your name, email address, and website in your browser for future comments, the site uses cookies for that convenience. Do not include confidential documents, account numbers, or sensitive personal information in a public comment.
4. Site analytics
We use Independent Analytics to understand website visits. It runs within our WordPress website and stores analytics records on the website’s server. Its developer describes a system that uses an IP address and browser information to derive a hashed visitor identifier and approximate location, without storing the raw IP address in the analytics database or using analytics cookies. A hashed identifier can still recognize repeat visits; it is not a promise that browsing is untraceable.
Our current analytics settings retain records indefinitely and do not periodically reset the identifier’s salt. These settings can allow repeat visits to be recognized while the relevant browser and network information remains consistent. Read the Independent Analytics technical explanation.
5. Browser storage and externally loaded resources
The homepage inquiry flow uses browser session storage to manage its submission and retry state. This storage is associated with the browsing session. Your browser’s settings can clear site storage and cookies; doing so may reset saved form state or preferences.
The site also loads resources for Hostinger Reach and Google Fonts. Loading an externally hosted resource involves a request from your browser to that provider, which receives the technical information needed to handle the request, including your IP address. Google Fonts is a font-delivery service; its presence does not mean Google Analytics or Google advertising is active. See Google Fonts information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. Services involved in handling information
- Make: processes the homepage inquiry submission. See Make’s Privacy Notice.
- Hostinger and Hostinger Reach: provide website services and the connected checklist subscription feature. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.
- WordPress and Independent Analytics: support comments and website analytics within the website.
- Google Fonts: provides externally loaded font resources.
These features have different purposes. Submitting a mineral inquiry, subscribing to emails, and posting a public comment are not interchangeable choices. Provider links explain those providers’ practices; they do not replace the descriptions of this website’s own collection and use above.
7. Retention and your requests
Independent Analytics is currently configured without automatic deletion of its records. Inquiry, subscription, and comment records are handled in the systems used for those features. This policy does not promise that those records are automatically deleted after a fixed period.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or removal from the mailing list. Please identify the feature you used and the email address associated with your submission so we can locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive documents.
8. Security, changes, and contact
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please submit only information relevant to the feature you are using.
We may update this policy as the website’s features or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
